Cocktail recipe: Cucumber Sake-tini from Senses Restaurant and Bar
A refreshing drink for the sizzling summer
This sophisticated cocktail combines the lively flavours of sake and cucumber for a great summer drink that really packs a punch.
Cucumber Sake-tini
3 1/2 inch slices of cucumber, diced
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. sake
1/4 oz. simple syrup
Cucumber slices, for garnish
Muddle diced cumber in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, vodka and sake. Shake well and strain into martini glass; garnish with cucumber slice.
